Frequently Asked Questions

1). How much is the retreat and what’s included?

The total investment is $1,900 for single occupancy OR $2,400 for double occupancy and covers your 5-day, 4-night stay at a 5-star tropical resort, 3 meals per day + snacks, roundtrip airport transportation, a luxury Love Thrive Kit, transformational workshops and material PLUS an off site excursion.

2). How do payments work?

A non refundable deposit is required immediately to secure your spot. After that, you can pay in any amount and on your own schedule as long as you make sure you're paid in full by August 18, 2025. No rigid due dates, no confusion.

3). Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

The deposit is non-refundable. However you may be able to receive full or partial refund if cancelled within 30 days of travel mnus any resort costs which will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If greater than 30 days you may be able to receive a resort credit.

4). Is airfare included?

No. Airfare is not included. However, our certified travel agent can assist you with recommendations and timing for arrival to ensure smooth airport transfers.

5). What airport should I fly into?

Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). Your roundtrip transportation from this airport to the resort is covered.

6). What if I don’t know anyone else going?

That's actually perfect! Most of our guests will be arriving solo. This retreat is about building new connections of sisterhood, deepening self-love, and connecting with like-minded women so you’ll never feel alone. No mean girl groups here.

7). Is this retreat only for single women?

Not at all. While the the retreat does focus on romantic elevation and emotional rejuvenation, this experience is for any and all women whether single, in relationships or married who feel stuck, unfulfilled, or disconnected and want to reignite their love lives, recharge their energy and reconnect with themselves. Is that you?

8). I’m not sure I can take off work. Will it be worth it?

Ugh....Yeah! This is an investment in YOU. Your heart, your healing, your happiness. You’ll return recharged, confident, and clearer than ever about what you want and deserve in love and life. You're already overworked. So take a time out. Work will be there when you return.

9). What kind of women attend this retreat?

Women from all wall walks of life including high-achieving, purpose-driven women, CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, professionals and stay at home moms who are ready to stop pouring from an empty cup and say yes to themselves will be in attendance at the Thrive Retreat.

10). Will the workshops be private or group based?

You’ll experience a mix of group connection and private reflection. The transformative workshops are intimate, powerful, and held in a safe, supportive space specifically for women like you. Our Opulent VIP guests will receive an additional upgraded experience.

11). What if I have dietary restrictions?

No worries. The resort can accommodate most dietary needs. Just let us know after registration and we’ll ensure you’re taken care of.

12). How many women will attend?

Only a maximum of 8 guests will be accepted for this intentional, and deeply connected experience.

13). The schedule looks full. Will I have alone time to relax and recharge?

Absolutely. Yes the retreat is packed with powerful workshops, bonding moments, and soulful activities, but we’ve intentionally built in free time each day for you to unplug, reflect, and enjoy paradise at your own pace. All workshops and activities are designed to transform and empower you therefore you are highly encouraged to attend all group activities for the full experience. No pressure, your retreat, your rhythm, your renewal.

14). I don't have a passport. DO I need one to travel?

Yes! You definitely need a passport to travel out of the country. Check with the U.S. Department of State Passport administration on how to obtain one. Be sure to have it in your possession a minimum of 15 days prior to departure because it's needed to fully book your retreat.
